AC Structural is a small structural engineering firm founded by Anthony Culshaw. As a registered Incorporated Engineer with the UK Engineering Council, a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology and the Institute of Structural Engineers, Anthony has a wealth of experience. Also a CSCS AQP white card holder, Anthony grew up in the construction industry and now specialises in both structural engineering and lifting equipment/operations design. As well as the owner of AC Structural, Anthony is also the current Technical Director at leading lifting equipment design and manufacturing firm Britlift Ltd.

Insurance Certificates
When using a structural engineer, particularly for smaller residential projects, please do your due diligence on the engineer you have chosen. As a minimum ask to see their insurance certificates to ensure they are covered for the work they will perform. Insurance companies also carry out checks on the qualifications of engineers so that you can be sure they are appropriately qualified.
